1.Project Manager :- ( Vacancy- 06)
Qualification Requirement:-BE/ B.Tech/ MCA
Experience:(i) Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
(ii) Good understanding of project management methodologies and technology.
(iii) Experience in application development, maintenance, and support.
(iv) Should have managed multiple project teams.
(v) Should have good working knowledge on SDLC.
(vi) Should have good knowledge of Effort & Cost Estimation.
(vii) Should possess good communication skills. Knowledge of Kannada Language – Speak, Read and Write preferred.
(viii) Should have good documentation and presentation skills.
(ix) Knowledge is of e-Governance projects desirable.
(x) Knowledge of IT infrastructure, sizing of hardware, and network requirements preferred
2.Project Lead :- ( Vacancy- 03)
Qualification Requirement:-BE/ B.Tech/ MCA
Experience:(i) Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

3.Solution Architect :- ( Vacancy- 01)
Qualification Requirement:-BE/ B.Tech
Experience:(i) Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
(ii) Should be highly technical, have experience in designing technology solutions by mapping the business requirements to system requirements, and should have designed complex and scalable software systems.
(iii) Should have good knowledge and understanding of SoA, MVC, Tiered architecture, etc. Should have designed at least 1 software application at the enterprise level.
(iv) Should have a good understanding of IT/ ICT systems, Integration of external systems and databases.
(v) Should have a good understanding of SDLC.
(vi) Should be able to guide the software development teams and ensure that they follow the defined architecture.
(vii) Should possess above-average analytical, conceptual, and troubleshooting abilities.
(viii) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
(ix) Should be able to prioritize and execute tasks when under extreme pressure

4.Business Analyst :- ( Vacancy- 04)
Qualification Requirement:-Graduate in Engineering with MBA or master’s in computer science or Master in Computer Application.
Experience:(i) Minimum 7 years of relevant experience. Should have worked on Government projects in the areas of Process study and Process Re-engineering. Should have good experience in performing activities such as; Requirement Gathering, Current State Assessment, Gap Analysis, To-Be Process definition, BPR, and FRS preparation.
(ii) Should have good working knowledge on SDLC.
(iii) Should have good experience in preparing SRS document, presenting it to the key stakeholders and getting approval.
(iv) Should possess good communication skills.
(v) Should be proficient with Kannada Language Read, Speak and Write.
(vi) Should have good documentation and presentation skills.
(vii) Should possess good skills in using Flowchart tools, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Visio etc.
(viii) Preferred certification in Business Analysis.

5.Senior Software Engineer :- ( Vacancy- 07)
Qualification Requirement:-BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc. Computer Science
Experience:(i) Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
(ii) Should possess good hands-on experience in application development, maintenance and support using .Net./C# with visual studio.
(iii) Good knowledge on jquery, java script, bootstrap and MS SQL server
(iv) Java developer should have worked with at least 1 maven/ gradle project
(v) Experience with SSRS reports
(vi) Should have good knowledge of MVC architecture or similar architecture used for software development.
(vii) Work with the team and contribute to software design and other documents.
(viii) Should have experience in writing SQL queries, database scripts / stored procedures, etc.
(ix) Should have experience in team handling.
(x) Should have worked with cross-functional teams for business analysis activities to gather and document reporting and dashboard requirements and use those requirements to design, develop, test, and implement reports and dashboards created from potentially multiple data sources.
(xi) .Net Certified Programmer preferred.

Qualification Requirement:-BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Sc. Computer Science
