(a) Holding analogous posts on regular basis in their parent cadre/department (ii) With two years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the pre-revised scale of PB – 4 37400-67000 + Grade Pay 78900 / – (revised in 7 “CPC Pay Level 13A) or equivalent in the parent cadre department and (b) Possessing the following qualifications and experience: Degree in law from a recognized university or equivalent: 1) 15 years experience of legal matters. |
